Chicago struck first with a touchdown midway through the first quarter, but Marion led 23-6 at the half and held a 30-18 advantage in the second half.
Blue Racers quarterback Josh Harris scored three touchdowns on runs of one, six and five yards while also completing a 25-yard touchdown pass to Brandon Williams.
Marc Huddleston caught an eight-yard touchdown pass from Mike Tatum and connected with offensive lineman Michael Hills for another eight-yard score.
Robert Price, another offensive lineman, added a two-yard touchdown run while Tyler Lorenz kicked a 32-yard field goal and six PAT kicks and Bryceson Lawrence snagged a pass on a Chicago two-point conversion attempt and returned it to the end zone for a two-point score.
The Blue Racers are now 8-1 and are one game back of the undefeated Cincinnati Commandos.
The teams will meet Saturday in Cincinnati.
The Commandos won the first meeting between the two teams 50-44. Should the Blue Racers win by seven points or more they will earn the top seed in the playoffs.
