www.tri-cityherald.com/1026/story/839530.htmlTRI-CITIES -- The Tri-Cities Fever has a new coach.
In an unexpected move, the Fever hired former Spokane Shock coach Adam Shackleford today to replace Pat O’Hara, who resigned Monday.
O’Hara is expected to be named the head coach of his hometown Orlando Predators of the Arena Football One league.
“I am excited to be a head coach again,” Shackleford said. “I am not going to sugarcoat anything; we have a lot of work to do.”
The Fever begins its first season in the Indoor Football League in March.
