The Outlaws rallied from 10 points down in the third quarter to beat the Missouri Mustangs 35-24 on April 11. The two teams will meet at 2 p.m. today at State Fair Community College.
Mid-Missouri made six interceptions in the two teams’ previous meeting including three by Chad Jackson.
Billy Atlas secured one of those interceptions and returned it 30 yards for a fourth-quarter touchdown that extended the Outlaws’ lead from three to nine points.
Ben Lyles, who ran for a 1-yard touchdown to give the Outlaws a 27-24 lead earlier in the quarter, hauled in a two-point conversion pass from Kyle Middleton to extend the Outlaws’ lead to 11 points.......article continues in link.
