Kalamazoo @ Fort Wayne - Quite a few players know a lot of guys on both sides here, and there will be some heated exchanges because of it. I just think Kalamazoo is too good a team right now to lose in Fort Wayne. Xplosion 43-29
New England @ Flint - While it hurts to be the last team to kick off in the CIFL, getting the trip to Flint to start it has to help. Surge 54-20.
Lehigh Valley @ Rochester - The Raiders are not going to play as poorly as they did in Chesapeake in front of their cavernous Blue Cross Arena (I don't expect more than 2500 fans there). That said...did they actually play poorly, or is the rest of the league catching up? Raiders 46-30.
Muskegon @ Milwaukee - Muskegon has been hard to figure out so far this year. While I don't think the Marion loss was *that* bad, it was still a poor loss to a team that played a very poor and very undisciplined game. Then they beat Rock River last week. Milwaukee may have a long season, but their focus needs to be on establishing the brand so they can stick around awhile. Thunder 39-30.
Chicago @ Rock River - Okay, Raptors...this is the time for you to figure it out, the time for you to get things together. Steve LaFalce can't throw the ball to save his life, and I don't know if Sankey's CFL contract lets him play here. You have Randy Bell, and we know he can play. 25 carries never hurt anyone. Slaughter 38-33.
Saginaw @ Miami Valley - Saginaw's going to compete for the whole ball of wax this year. Miami Valley, though apparently improved, will not. Sting 42-28.
Chesapeake @ Marion - I think ownership is still a major concern with this organization, but John Wolfe is doing a pretty good job of putting a team together. Tide 37-27.

Kalamazoo @ Fort Wayne - I have a feeling the k-zoo Defense may be in over their heads now that this team has a somewhat decent QB that potentially could score points with Harvey. K zoo has some weak points on Offense and I am not confident they even know how to use the strong ones they have yet! Fort Wayne 46 - 40
New England @ Flint - Rumor has it that Flint lost a lot of players last week and I am curious how many more they lose this week. Good effort from average players will not get it done against the surge, who incidently are hitting the ground running trying to snatch players dropped by the af2. Surge 50 - 12
Lehigh Valley @ Rochester - Lets remember here that Rochester was murdered twice last year by the Pirates, which made them a good team, but not GREAT. Dave really didnt change anything besides getting all the guys decent paying jobs and now feels he owns them! Oh by the way, a unhappy hackett is not a great hackett! Like Josh states that "the league is catching up" I hope Rochester doesn't lose sight of the game itself. Rochester 60 - 45
Muskegon @ Milwaukee - A huge problem for me on this one is that Muskegon now believes that they are a great team because of the problems that Rock River are currently having...but as they say believing is half of the battle. The bonecrushers hopefully will understand that they are a glorified semi - pro team and become humble and learn the 7 man game correctly instead of running around thinking they have the league by the balls. Believing lost the battle for the bone and I think it will serve true for Muskegon. Bonecrushers 35 - 28
Chicago @ Rock River - Most simple pick of the week depending on two things! Will Rock River have a QB and will Chicago begin to play it's best player the way he is supposed to be played!? Both questions lie within the heart of this league....the ever so slighted poorrtt hurroonn piratttesss... ohhh ahhh! lol Will Franzer show for Rock River this week and will Chicago utilize Robert Height? Which ever team figures it out....WINS! Rock River 45 - 40
Saginaw @ Miami Valley - Saginaw has a couple problems within that if fixed will help lead them into the playoffs. Damon Dowdell / Eric Knott need to have the sticks removed from their arses and all the friends that they bring in from Michigan State need to stay for more than one week at a time! Simple as it gets with recruiting...old pirates and Dowdells phone book! If both continue to play they will roll over the silverbacks who had ample opportunity to secure better players if not looking to have them fight BUSHI style after the game! lol Saginaw 40 - 21
Chesapeake @ Marion - I like the tide owner and puke in the thought of the Marion owners hitting on the dance team! For that reason alone I pick the tide...ROLL TID...wait a minute that one is taken! Tide 54 - 37
I am going for the all time record of no wins!
