Game Preview - Blizzard Travel to IFL Leader Sioux Falls
Who: Green Bay Blizzard (7-2) at Sioux Falls Storm (9-0)

Blizzard Update: Green Bay rebounded from a last second loss in Chicago the previous week to defeat the La Crosse Spartans 44-21 on Saturday at the Resch Center. The win moved the Blizzard into first place in the Great Lakes Division, a half game ahead of Bloomington and Chicago. Green Bay took a 17-0 lead into halftime and held on for the victory. B.J. Hill returned a kickoff 58 yards for his league leading fourth touchdown of the year. Quarterback Willie Copeland completed 13 of 21 passes for 105 yards and four touchdowns. Agim Shabaj caught three passes, two of which were touchdowns and DeMaudray Woolridge rushed for 45 yards with one touchdown. Linebacker Greg Jackson collected 14 tackles, breaking his own single-game Blizzard record of 13 from earlier this season.
Storm Update: Sioux Falls remained undefeated with a 60-28 win against Bloomington. The top rated Storm offense outplayed the top rated Extreme defense. Bloomington entered the game as the IFL leader in sacks, but the Storm's offensive line did not allow a sack and paved the way for 166 rushing yards. The Sioux Falls defense also played a strong game with four interceptions and a score. James Jones finished with 68 rushing yards and a touchdown for the Storm while Carl Sims led the receivers with three catches for 54 yards and three touchdowns. The Storm was led defensively by Brian McIntire with 11 tackles and Tyler Knight returned an interception for a touchdown.
Series: This is the first match-up between Green Bay and Sioux Falls. The Storm were members of the NIFL from 2001-2004, UIF 2005-2008 and joined the IFL in 2009.
