HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, KY - The Northern Kentucky River Monsters indoor football organization is pleased to announce that Eleventh Hour from NBC's The Sing Off will be its musical guest for Saturday's (May 14) game against Huntington.
Eleventh Hour, an a cappella group from Kettering Fairmont High School, will be on hand to sing the National Anthem, and will perform a couple more song during halftime. The group was formed in 2000 by music teacher Brody McDonald.
They were one of 10 a cappella groups, and the youngest, competing on the national show. The group was eliminated on the second week of the show, the third such group to leave the show.
Northern Kentucky, coming off a 63-58 loss that snapped a seven-game winning streak, will be looking to sweep the season series from the Hammer. The River Monsters still hold a one-game lead with three games remaining in the pursuit of the top seed in the UIFL playoffs.
Tickets for Saturday's game can be purchased at the Bank of Kentucky Center, by calling 1-800-745-3000 or going online at www.bankofkentuckycenter.com.
