By Bob Highfill Record Sports Editor April 19, 2011 12:00 AM Lies and lost causes lead, but rewarded acts of benevolence finish these random thoughts for a Tuesday: » The Utah Stealth was undetected at the Wolves game Sunday at the arena, because the team didn't show up. Money problems, apparently. Unbeknownst to the fans, the team opposing Stockton was the Las Vegas Cobras. Some of the players told Record correspondent Kevin Niendorf they were indeed the Stealth but that their uniforms hadn't been delivered to the arena, so they had to wear the Cobras' uniforms instead. The lie later was detected. Bizarre. It's kind of funny. I don't think there was any real cover-up here.
