Amarillo, TX 4/19/11 - The Amarillo Venom is having an Education Night sponsored by the Education Credit Union for their April 23rd game against the West Texas Roughnecks. Teachers will get tickets for just $8 with their badge and students will get in for free with the purchase of an adult ticket. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m.
"Education is important and thanks to the Education Credit Union we are able to have this special night to recognize teachers and reward students for their hard work," said Scott Sneed, the Venom's Vice President of Corporate Sales.
The free student ticket with the purchase of an adult ticket is available through the Venom offices located at 901 S. Buchanan in downtown Amarillo, or at the Amarillo Civic Center Box Office the day of the game.
The Education Credit Union provides financial services to all employees and students of public and parochial schools, private schools, colleges and universities as well as all of their families in the surrounding 16 counties.
