Season 2 of This Week in the IFL Kicks off with Big Lineup of Guests
AMARILLO, TX - Five guests, including three Head Coaches highlight the first Episode of Season Two of This Week In The IFL.
Join host Denis J. Puska as he previews the 2011 season that officially gets underway this weekend. On the 60-minute pod-cast is IFL Commissioner Tommy Benizio who will discuss the state of the league and what the future holds.
The American Football Classic takes place on Saturday when the Chicago Slaughter visits the LaCrosse Spartans. Slaughter Head Coach Steve McMichael and Spartans General Manager and Co-owner Chris Kokalis talk about the rivalry that has quickly developed between the two teams, and changes that they have made in the off-season.
On Monday night in Odessa, the West Texas Roughnecks entertain the Bricktown Brawlers from Oklahoma City. Roughnecks Head Coach Chris Williams and Brawlers Head Coach William McCarthy will discuss the keys to success this season, and the new teams that have been added to the Intense Conference.
The season debut of This Week In the IFL also features a look at the new teams in the league and the schedule for week two.
