The Kickoff Classic Weekend hosts two great games as the Chicago Slaughter will travel to La Crosse, WI to face the Spartans, following up on the 21st as the Bricktown Brawlers make their debut against the West Texas Roughnecks.
The Indoor Football league will play in 2011 with 22 teams, with a new season brings in new names and faces to the IFL. This season kicks off with 8 new member teams, The Allen Wranglers, Arizona Adrenaline, Bricktown Brawlers, Lehigh Valley Steelhawks, Nebraska Danger, Reading Express, Wenatchee Valley Venom, and the Wyoming Cavalry.
We are very excited as these teams begin their first year with us, states Commissioner Tommy Benizio. All of our new teams bring in a great business sense and an amazing passion for football. I believe this will be our most competitive season to date.
With the new palate of teams in 2011 brings an opportunity for the Indoor Football League and its fans to enjoy new talent and as well as new rivalries. All IFL games will be streamed live through the America One Network (link can be found on our homepage at www.goifl.com ) and can also be followed from our home page with Pointstreak live scoring, where fans can track the game through real time scoring and statistical updates.
