Head Coach Keith Evans is pleased to welcome Indoor Football veteran Courtney Miller to Kent. Courtney has been an all star performer for several years. In 2001 he received a scholarship to play at Oregon where he lettered two years and recorded 5 tackles as a cornerback in the 2003 Fiesta Bowl.
In 2006 Courtney helped the Billings Outlaws win the NIFL title, in which he had 3 interceptions 16 pass breakups and 35 tackles. In 2008 Courtney moved on to Colorado Crush of the Afl after playing 6 games with the Outlaws.
In 2009 Courtney lead the Colorado Ice of the IFL in all secondary stats. In 2010 Courtney played 13 games with the Wenatchee Valley Venom. Miller lead the team in interceptions with 10 and and pass breakups with 20. Coach Evans says he is glad to be reunited with Courtney. "He brings a lot to the table because he is smart player, he's athletic and a sure tackler with a great attitude says Coach Evans.
