The Canton Cougars are proud to announce that we are participating in “Project North Pole” in conjunction with the Domestic Violence Project. Through this project the Cougar’s front office, players, and fans will be helping to fulfill the holiday wishes and needs for a local Stark County family.
In addition, we want to provide the Domestic Violence Project with much needed supplies from their general needs list. We are reaching out to the Cougar’s fans to help us donate and collect these items. The adopted families list, as well as the general needs list are posted on our website. Please help the Cougars help Stark County families by donating items from these lists.
Un-wrapped donations can be brought to the Cougar’s offices located in the Canton Memorial Civic Center at 1101 Market Ave N. Items designated for a specific family member should be clearly labeled. All items need to be collected by Friday, December 10, 2010.
