Green Bay kicker Tino Amancio hit a 35-yard field goal with 52 seconds left to give the Blizzard (1-1) a 20-17 lead. Bloomington (1-1) responded with a 12-yard touchdown pass from Luke Drone to Johnny Grey with 17 seconds remaining.
Jake Phillips finished 21-for-32 for 221 yards for Green Bay. Lawrence Bady led the team with nine catches for 80 yards.
