Defensive back Jamie Hattley re-signed after leading the team with seven interceptions last season. The arenafootball2 league veteran has played two seasons in Tri-Cities and was named to the all-af2 team in 2007.
The Fever also added receiver Brandon Horace, who played for the Stockton Lightning last season in the af2. In 11 games, Horace caught 60 passes for 689 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Defensive lineman Phil Jordan, who played in four games for the Fever last season, also re-signed.
The Fever has 10 players signed for the 2010 season that starts in late February.
