Quarterback Colin Drafts (6-foot-3, 215 pounds), who helped the Fever to a 2-2 finish last season, turned in his contract as well as defensive end/linebacker Ben Alexander.
Alexander (6-2, 240) played in seven games for the Fever last season, recording four sacks before leaving the team for a Canadian Football League tryout. His four sacks tied for the team lead.
The Fever also acquired defensive back Courtney Miller (6-2, 199) from the Colorado Ice for a future consideration. In 14 games, Miller led the Ice with four interceptions.
