The Outlaws have received the top seed and a first-round bye in the CPFL playoffs, which begin Saturday.
The three first-round matchups are No. 7 St. Joseph Ravens (1-6) at No. 2 Independence Bulldogs (6-1), No. 6 Blue Springs Extreme (2-4) at No. 3 Junction City (Kan.) Tigers (4-3), and No. 5 Missouri Mustangs (3-4) at No. 4 Springfield Lightning (4-4).
The Outlaws (8-0) will host the winner of the Mustangs-Lightning game in the semifinals on May 16.
If they win the semifinal game, they would host the championship game on May 30.
