The Outlaws scored 22 points in the third in a 44-14 win over the Springfield Lightning in Nixa.
The Lightning led 14-12 at halftime, but Mid-Missouri took a 34-14 lead into the fourth quarter.
Kyle Middleton threw two of his five touchdowns in the third quarter, both to Ben Lyles.
Nick La Strada, who ran for about 50 yards, scored a touchdown in the third.
