Idaho State is part of the NCAA D-I Big Sky Conference which includes: Portland State, Montana, Montana State, Northern Arizona, Sacramento State, Eastern Washington, Northern Colorado and Weber State.
"I am thankful and grateful to have the opportunity to continue my career," said Hill. "The coaching staff has been great in expressing their plans for the season and how I fit in."

Hill ended his career as the 2nd all-time leading passer in school history with 7,500 career passing yards. Hill also had eight games of over 300 yards passing.
