www.adaherald.com/main.asp?SectionID=3&SubSectionID=7&ArticleID=106201The Heartland Football League's leader in interceptions will be pulling a new jersey over his pads when the 2012 season kicks off, as Lima Warrior Jordan Marshall has become the newest member of the Indoor Football League's Lehigh Valley Steelhawks. Marshall will join the second year IFL team based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in February when the Steelhawks open training camp, Marshall will play cornerback and safety when the team kicks off play next season. Being familiar with his surroundings and being closer to home were attractive to Marshall who said "I am definitely happy to be closer to New York where I'm from, and to have the opportunity for my friends and family to be able to drive down and see me play." The former Findlay Oiler standout will also be surrounded by a handful of players he is familiar with as well, noting "I played with one of their defensive tackles at the All American Bowl in West Virginia last year, and against one of the other cornerbacks while I was at Findlay, he was actually the #1 kick returner and I was #2, so there's a little bit of a rivalry there, but it'll be nice to know some guys on the team going in also."
