New CEO of Cougars wastes no time in making coaching changes
Canton- One day after it was announced that Tim Clark would be the new owner of the Ultimate Indoor Football League's Canton Cougars. The retired Cleveland Policeman and former owner of the league's Johnstown Generals wasted no time in making personnel changes. It was announced today, Director of Football Operations Paul Farrah will now also serve as the Head Coach and Canton South Head Football Coach Mo Daniska has been hired as the new Defensive Coordinator for the upcoming 2012 Cougars season. Louisville High School Defensive Coordinator Troy Davis will serve as the Director of Community Relations, focusing on developing youth football camps and clinics. Former Head Coach Rashaun Hall who went 1-13 with the Cougars has been retained as an assistant coach and will also serve as Director of Player Personnel.
Farrah, the former Louisville High School Head Coach and Stark County coach of the decade, has won seven league titles, and had four 10-0 regular seasons. In 16 years as a head coach, Farrah's record is 130-52.
